About us

Aurela Health Illumination Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving health and well-being, especially for vulnerable populations as well as fostering national unity, patriotism and civic responsibilities. Founded in 2016 and officially established on May 21, 2024, the Foundation has been at the forefront of public health education, psychosocial services, and community engagement across Nigeria. Our mission is to foster sustainable health programs while advocating for patriotism, civic awareness, and national unity.

Our mission is to advance the health, nutrition, and well-being of all, particularly vulnerable populations, through sustainable programs, health education, community engagement, leadership development, and advocacy. We also strive to foster patriotism, civic awareness, and national unity, contributing to the growth and development of the nation.

We envision a world where every individual enjoys overall well-being at optimal level, while patriotism, civic enlightenment, and national unity flourish.

Our Core area of focus

Health Education: Providing education on maintaining a healthy heart and brain to prevent cardiac and neurological diseases.

Malnutrition Prevention: Preventing malnutrition through awareness, intervention, and sustainable programs that empower communities.

Psychosocial Services: Offering psychosocial services to individuals needing emotional and mental health support.

Public Health Advocacy: Addressing public health issues by reaching out to affected communities and delivering necessary interventions.

National Unity and Patriotism: Promoting national unity and reviving patriotism through inclusive programs and civic enlightenment activities.

Target Beneficiaries

Aurela Health Illumination Foundation focuses on assisting vulnerable populations, including low-income communities, individuals with limited access to healthcare, and groups in need of emotional and mental support.

Key Achievements

2008: Launched a sensitization campaign on hypertension and diabetes prevention at Saint Luke’s Hospital, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.

2017: Organized a comprehensive hypertension and diabetes campaign in Rivers State, providing free health services and medication to church communities.

2018-2019: Implemented an HIV/AIDS awareness program in Itu LGA, distributing free condoms and promoting safe practices.

2019 & 2021: Conducted outreach programs for Ikot Abasi prison inmates, providing spiritual, psychological, and medical services,as well as food.

2023-2024: Conducted one-on-one civic enlightenment and patriotism campaigns targeting youth in Lugbe, Abuja.

2017-2023: Led multiple programs including psychological first aid training, home care training, and vaccination drives to support community health.
